Step 1: If you’ve ever played with the gorgeous Milan Bezels you know the metal is scored and there’s a beautiful aged patina underneath. Well, I wanted the best of both worlds, paint and some of the aged bronze in there. To achieve that I went very lightly on the raised portions of the bezel without getting in the grooves thus keeping a bit of the gold shining through. I also painted the inside because at this stage I’m still unsure of the direction I’m going! The paint will dry really quick.

Step 2: Right now you could leave it as is, add the resin and I bet it would look mighty cute. Since it’s Valentine’s Day, I thought about chocolates and well there goes my heart! I added the Chocolate German Glass Glitter and I wanted a cherry center so I added the Primrose on top, and I absolutely loved the results!!! Mix ICE Resin® according to instructions and pour.

Step 3: I thought a second bezel would help me carry a sentiment and so I painted a second bezel, cut, glued and sealed the word dream, added more Chocolate and did a second pouring of resin. I also added ribbons to my leather to soften it a little bit.
